Henrik Karl Nielsen is a partner of Norsker & Co., Law Firm in Copenhagen. He has a law degree from the University of Copenhagen from 1994 and he was admitted to the Danish Bar in 1997.

His main fields of work are individual, collective and international labour law and general commercial and corporate law.

He has been working as a lecturer of commercial and labour law at the University of Copenhagen and at the Copenhagen Business School during the years 1995-1999.

Henrik Karl Nielsen has been active in the field of international human rights law on a number of occasions. He has represented clients in a number of principal Danish human rights law cases including the 1996-1999 High Court lawsuit against the Prime Minister's Office by the native population of Thule (Greenland) relating to indigenous land claims. He is a member of the board of the Documentary and Advisory Centre on Racial Discrimination in Copenhagen.

He is the author of several books and articles in the fields of labour law, litigation, international human rights law and European Union law.
